What do we collect about you
Short answer “nothing”: comments and cookies are disabled, we don’t use any analytics tool, we don’t monitor website activities of our visitors. The only piece of data that we might have access to are our web-server access logs. Those logs contains public IP address used to connect to this website, a visited url and a user agent. Nothing else.

What do we store about you
If you subscribe to our products newsletter, we only store the email address that you provided to us and which newsletter you subscribed to.

Where do we store data about you
Our website, our accounting records and our shop are all hosted in Switzerland on Infomaniak’s (https://infomaniak.ch) infrastructure. We manage ourselves 2 servers located in Infomaniak’s datacenter in Satigny.
What we have to share about you
If you pay using a debit/credit card our payment provider is Stripe (https://stripe.com/). They will also store your shipping and billing address, contact information, as well as information related to your credit/debit card and the amount invoiced. Stripe also store the IP address used during the checkout process:
If we have to ship product to your door we have to communicate your shipping address to our delivery company.
If your shipping address is in Switzerland we will pass your name, last name and your delivery address to the Swiss Post (https://www.post.ch).
If your shipping address is outside of Switzerland we will pass your name, last name and delivery address to UPS (https://www.ups.com/ch/en/home).
How long we retain your data
The web-server logs are kept them for 5 years.
You email address is kept as long as you are subscribed to any of our newsletters.
Accounting (odoo self-hosted) and invoicing (Stripe) data are kept 10 years.
What rights you have over your data
Your public IP address might appear in our server access log. If you wish you can contact us and request the logs to be purge after proving your ownership over the requested IP address logs deletion.
You can at any time unsubscribe from any newsletter you might have subscribed to. After being unsubscribe you can contact us if you like and request to have your email address removed from the “unsubscribed” list. We usually clean this list regularly but you can request it as well whenever you feel like doing so.
Where your data is sent
We don’t send any data to anyone. The only exception are:
- Your shipping address is passed on to our delivery company if you wish to get your order shipped (in Switzerland: Swiss Post, Everywhere else: UPS)
- Your credit/debit card information, shipping address and IP address are sent to our payment provider (Stripe)
